Program Description

Tierney Orthotics and Prosthetics uses SMS text messaging to communicate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Messages may include appointment reminders, links to patient portals and paperwork, patient education resources, directions, and limited two-way communication with staff. Most messages are automated, but staff may manually respond to patient inquiries or send important healthcare-related updates.

Message Frequency

Message frequency typically 2–4 per month, depending on appointment schedule and patient needs.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also call our office at 13365467165 to request removal.
